Twin filicide: a tragedy of postpartum depression with suicidal ideation

Filicide‐suicide is the killing of a child older than 12 months, followed by parental complete or incomplete suicide. In most cases, motive maternal filicide‐suicide altruistic. This article reports case twin filicide depressed mother and also highlights risk in multiple birth mothers.
